4. Made-to-Order & Lead Times
Because each Wood & Wedge Co. display is handcrafted, production times vary. Most orders ship within 3–4 weeksfrom the date of purchase.
Lead times may extend during periods of high demand or when custom engraving or personalization is requested. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected carrier. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is returned in original condition and packaging.
