Order Processing & Lead Times

Each Wood & Wedge Co. display is handcrafted to order in Texas.
Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks before shipment. During periods of high demand or when custom engraving is requested, lead times may extend slightly.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will contact you directly with an updated ship date.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.

The Links Brick ships at a flat rate within the United States. The exact rate is displayed at checkout before purchase.

We currently ship within the United States.


Carriers

Orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on size and destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our shop.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected carrier service.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wood & Wedge Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.


Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is reviewed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Wood & Wedge Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
