How Long does It Take To Receive my Case?

Our lead time varies depending on demand. We make these cases to a high standard of quality from solid hardwoods. Generally it takes 2-3 months to ship the larger Gallery case once you place your order. The Links Brick ship within 2-3 business days.

Can I Order A Custom Size Case?

Do You Have other Designs?

We recently launched The Links Brick., which is a 5 ball display case designed to be modular, so you can grow your collection over time.

Is it possible to have a custom finish?

Our standard finish is a clear water based lacquer, however we have built cases using custom stained and painted finishes for an additional fee. Please inquire on that process.

Do you offer a warranty?

Lifetime Warranty

The Wood & Wedge Co. offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in wood, hardware, and craftsmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover glass or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

If an issue arises, contact us and we’ll repair or replace the affected parts to ensure your case lasts a lifetime.
